This is the only hotel we will stay at when visiting Boca. Not only is it beautiful but the staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. The shuttle to our venue is very convenient, and the breakfast is always amazing.

Adequate but not worth $250...
Liked: The staff was lovely. Happy hour drinks and breakfast were good
Disliked: The carpets, drapes furniture was worn. There was a bad problem with sugar ants in the first room and a mild ant problem was n the second room we were given

Stay was fine, booking price...
Disliked: Over charged at the hotel. Was supposed to be around 180.00. Please call and fix this then let me know it was fixed.

This is a quiet hotel,...
Liked: Take advantage of eating at the Fish Market, next door, as it was delicious. I appreciated the hot tea, and microwave to warm it, in the room. But the atrium and water features at the hotel were my favorite. They were relaxing and the interior reminded me of a small version of The Contemporary hotel at Walt Disney World. The pillows were great! Quiet and serene.
Disliked: There was a complimentary reception which was a nice idea but I wasn't clear as to what that included. It would've been nice if the front desk clerk explained that upon check-in. The front service desk clerks, both when I checked in and out, were not informed/helpful about my room charges and providing a business receipt. Both interactions were frustrating. I was in a handicap accessible suite. Although I didn't need the accommodations I was disappointed there wasn't a bench in the bathtub for someone who may require one. Also, the desk was too tall to use from a wheelchair.
