Wonderful place to stay.

Disliked: Nothing.

This is the only hotel we will stay at when visiting Boca. Not only is it beautiful but the staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. The shuttle to our venue is very convenient, and the breakfast is always amazing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we were surprised how nice everything was and will visit again for sure.

Pleasant

Very poor, smell is felt...

Liked: Daily breakfast was the main liked point in stay with Hilton suites.
Disliked: Rooms had very mauled smell including furniture. Tried to airing the room by air con and opening balcony door. This did not make much difference. Requested a change to a better room with lessor smell team accommodated to upper level, difference was a small. Hence my last week of stay I made a chance to Hyatt downtown which was great and would rate them 10. The price between two was only $5 dollers per day difference.

A stay in cell block...

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: The hotel is awful. Rooms are very very old. Bathtub rusted. Smells musty. Super 90's dated decor. Cabinets chipped and broken. Honestly standing outside the door looking at the mezzanine is reminiscent of a prison. This place is in need of a top to bottom renovation.
