Fun!

Liked: The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. The view and atmosphere in the breakfast lounge are wonderful. Our room was clean and very spacious overlooking the Dome. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive.
Disliked: Our first room overlooked an empty office building mid renovation. That was not so pleasant, because it felt a bit more like an Airbnb apartment, which I could have booked elsewhere. However, it was still extremely comfortable and offered us the option to enjoy our stay in berlin while still able to cook for the baby, wash clothing, and separate rooms when needed. As soon as a different room became available, we were moved and the second half of the stay was in the north viewing room, which was absolutely wonderful.

Feels like It’s not a...

Liked: Location is very good right next to a metro station. Staff is friendly. Best part is breakfast.
Disliked: No sound insulation in the rooms. You can almost hear the whole conversation in the next room. We asked for a quiet room so they moved us from 4th floor to 2nd floor. But our new room has worn furnitures, noisy bed and shower with a curtain. The AC unit not working well and the room was cold during our stay. Luckily the weather was fine. On our second day our room key stoped working. And had to visit the reception twice to fix that. During our stay the revolving door at the entrance stoped working several times and no one was there to guide the visitors. You have to wait and try hand signals to get someone’s attention to open the fire exit door for you.

Good location for exploring Berlin

Liked: Quiet and spacious room, large comfortable beds and a useful location next U5 station-Stademitte. Pleasant helpful personnel.
Disliked: Nice pool and wellness area when parents controlled their children properly: jumping and negative behaviour spoilt the adult experience and staff didn't enforce the rules/turned a blind eye.

Good location and spacious, but...

Liked: Good location, good room size.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned too well, stained toilet and dirt in bath tub. No working AC or TV. Reception and help either not picking up or are not particularly helpful.Swimming pool area quite dirty. Also the cleaning team took away my bathrobe when I was still using it with items in pockets. Items were obviously not retrieved.I also added “deep tissue” massage - absolutely useless.

Definitely reccomend

Liked: Location, clean place, nice stuff, cool spa
Disliked: The AC in the room was not very strong. The room was too warm even though we left it at 15 degrees with windows closed
