Disliked: This is a big hotel and gets many guests so it can be very busy. But staff remains friendly and professional.

Liked: Room was great with some issues.
Disliked: We could not adjust the aircon to cool the room, there were no instructions in the room. The temperature remained hot at all times even though the dial was switched to maximum minus. It was too warm for comfortable sleeping.It was very difficult to get the shower temperature right. A slight pressure on the control caused a big change.The handle on the inside of the bathroom came off when closing.Of less importance. Could there be an English speaking TV channel that wasn't news?

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Staff was not helpful. There is a taxi station outside of main entrance serving to hotel. Taxi driver (plate number B KL 2483) declined to drive for us. We ran to catch an appointment. After returning to hotel, we raised complain to reception and concierge. None of them helped. We asked for official complain mechanism. Concierge colleague said there was no officia complain mechanism. Quick google search revealed other vise.
