Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center

The room was great. The food at the Kingfish was fabulous. But the staff at this hotel was unbelievably incredible. They were so friendly and nice from the valet to the front desk, room service to housekeeping. Willie, the shuttle driver, was especially helpful and kind, exhibiting the character you would expect from an American soldier. I would just like to say thank you to everyone working there. Oh, by the way, it was not like it was a slow time - it was during the Bayou Countryfest and soldout!

Disliked: The room only had a shower and no bathtub.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is old but well maintained and clean. Loved staying by the river and the walkability from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff got to know me by name quickly and everyone of them stayed professional through all situations. I wish I didn't have to seem such a hassle but these guys were great!!
