perhaps its a culture thing...

Liked: it was clean and the breakfast was good
Disliked: I think because it is on construction most taxi’s had to always drop us on the road by the side of the hotel, it was disappointing not having to stop at the entrance of the hotel, all the pick up and drop off was at the road side then we will have to walk a short distance to the entrance, it did not feel like hilton to be honest

Worth the money we spent...

Liked: Very covenant to everything and it had a restaurant onsite

Great simple but good quality...

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful, the front desk were really kind.
Disliked: The cooked food at breakfast (Spanish omelette, hash browns etc) were poor quality and lukewarm. However the rest of the food at breakfast was delicious and made up for it!

Disappointing

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Staff were not customer focused at all at the front office. Breakfast spread was very disappointing. Facilities were not up to the mark of a reputed hotel chain. Not even basic amenities like water is provided in the rooms. The lockers were not working. In summary a very disappointing experience in a Hilton chain when compared to my experiences in other Hilton hotels.

Liked: I love the room, it was comfortable and well lit. The staff was exceptional, answered my questions about transportation and sights in the area. The location was excellent . Great for a little shopping and transportation around the city. I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Barolona.
Disliked: It was all good.
