Nice hotel, great location. staff...

Liked: Location great, restaurant andshop staff inside hotel wondeful.
Disliked: Overbooked my room, had to stay in a different room not happy. Then was told would be comped and the next day had to argue with manager who finally comped us incidentals

Very clean

Liked: Didn't eat breakfast. Only complaint we have was leaving at the elevators it took 45 minutes to finally get a elevator to the lobby every elevator that stopped at our floo t was full
Disliked: The convention of getting to the ball park

Great place to stay and...

Liked: It was very beautiful, clean, great for families and business alike.
Disliked: The front desk staff left me on hold for 20 min when they were not even busy with anyone or anything as I found out upon deciding to physically appear.
