Everything nice except I was...
Disliked: I was told I d get the federal government rate when I made reservations, and when I check in, but both outright lied! I 'll never stay here again.

Stay somewhere else
Liked: Quiet room
Disliked: Parking in the garage and lots of spots had big puddles of water in them that smelled bad. Water puddles and rust in little area to take the elevator up to the lobby. Went and checked in but staff was not really friendly. Like your checked in and now go. Water im guessing, on the floor in the lobby by the elevators to go up to your room. No disposable cups in the bathroom for you to rinse your mouth. Good walk to get breakfast and was hard for my elderly guest. Upon checkout at 9am only 1 person behind counter and 3 people waiting. Very slow moving people. For the price pretty bad.

Disliked: Pool was pretty cold I got a room call for my credit card and then my card was attempted to be used out of state and I got another call from the front desk saying I needed to give my card number again

Not happy and ripped off
Liked: When I arrived at the hotel at 1-30 am, having been delayed, as per usual by US airlines, I was told that my room had been sold and that I had to go to another hotel, to which I was sent unaccompanied and by foot, in one of the more dangerous cities in the US Not happy!
Then when I did get into my room later that afternoon, they overcharged me. Instead of a total charge (including taxes) of about 254 US dollars per night as per the booking through Booking.com, they have charged me $343.52 US per night. How can they do this?
Disliked: Complete indifference to a very tired traveller at 1-30 am. Clearly I am not the first person where this has happened.

Liked: Proximity to conference center.
Disliked: In all my travels, I have never had so much difficulty ordering room service. When finally able to order, food was awful. Front desk unreliable about fulfilling quest requests. Trash cans in public area full and overflowing.
