Liked: Quiet rooms; comfy beds.
Disliked: Charged incorrect amount to credit card - $199 instead of $119. Had to pay for parking. Internet wasn't working.

It was restful, hospitable and...
Liked: Front Desk registrar was wonderful, competent, personable. I came in at 1:30 AM, exhausted, and she was very comforting. There was even someone to park my car valen. Valet in AM was right there and very pleasant.
Disliked: No signage. I tried to follow the direction to the elevator and still could not find it. There was no sign pointing to the elevator that was really in another room. It took a few rounds and with staff help I found it.

Wonderful staff, facilities need work
Liked: Staff was wonderful... helpful, friendly and accommodating. Restaurant staff was happy to get me milk for my in room am coffee. I am mobility impaired. They got us a room close to the elevator, and the shuttle was great helping with getting me and my luggage up the curb to the entrance we needed for our flight
Disliked: They lacked some standard Hilton amenities, like a mini fridge. It felt dated. And strangely, the lobby floor tile wasn't luggage roller friendly.

Liked: The rooms are big and comfortable. They seem to be well insulated for sound, as well, because I barely heard anything outside my own walls ~ which was great. The bed was a little soft for my own taste but still very nice. I ordered room service twice, and both times the food was very good.
