Overall not impressed

Liked: The view until cruise ships arrived, lovely view at the restaurant.
Disliked: Rooms need to be maintained more, broken shower head, door stop, balcony tiles broken, balcony not completely private, and tiles squished when you walked on them, was expecting a lot better considering it is the Hilton. Some Staff were absolutely awesome, but some were quite dismissive.

A wonderful & special location...

Liked: The location was spectacular- so light and bright - being harbour side was amazingly peaceful. The breakfast was outstanding - the choice and quality of the food was exceptional. The coffee was great - with a watchful eye ready with a top up. The staff were both engaging and efficient - such a nice change from staff who simply rush about
Disliked: I wasn’t clear about how placing the sustainability”card for on my door before 2am” for no housekeeping worked. Although I did participate for 3 nights I was not clear how the credit would be made available for my usage.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing due to issues with cleanliness

Liked: The hotel room was on the top floor, with an expansive view of the city and the water. The view was magnificent. There are many places to visit within walking distance and the location is very central
Disliked: The room was not very clean, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom as well as a large amount of hair in the drawers, to the point that the staff took a picture of the drawers. We were disappointed since it was my daughter's birthday and we had hoped to make the occasion special. We were also disappointed with the size and temperature of the swimming pool, which was very cold. Our request was also for flowers to be delivered in honor of my daughter's birthday, but they never arrived and instead we received chocolates from the hotel management. Which was a nice surprise but nevertheless we requested flowers with no communication received from management. Also room service was ordered and the food quality was extremely poor. There was no Netflix only Sky and the television was not very high quality either, as the image flickered constantly. As a result, even though the location and the view was magnificent we were left unsatisfied with the overall experience in this hotel.
