All care was taken to...

Liked: Great location, close to city centre but private with fabulous harbour view. Great access to restaurants, bars, shops and harbour. Room luxurious, self-contained and comfortable with balcony overlooking harbour.
Disliked: Pool being refurbished, look forward to using it next stay.

Liked: This is an absolutely beautiful property with stunning views of the harbour and the city. It is close to almost everything we required in the CBD.

Inept staff costs customer

Liked: The room and view were exceptional.
Disliked: We requested valet parking at check in and agreed to the over the top $60 fee, but nothing else was said, and at check out we were told they should have taken our keys and added a pass to the vehicle or we could be fined by Wilson's. They waived the $60 fee but sure enough two weeks later we were fined $85 by Wilson's for parking illegally. That is very poor service and we did nothing wrong yet suffer the financial consequences. Why are there no repercussions when staff mess up now, why is the customer never compensated for poor service leading to out of pocket expenses?
