Perfect for 1 night before...
Liked: Clean, comfortable, and modern. The breakfast was an amazingly delicious buffet. The staff was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Far from the port and the city center. The dinner entrees were quite small. I didn’t like the food offered at dinner

Disliked: 5:30am fire alarm and evacuation. Not hotel’s blame but still annoying at the time and ruined the next day.

I wont stay agian
Liked: Poor housekeeping, one visit in 5 nights. No tea or coffee facility in the room, no water bottles, no TV remote. Very poor for the price paid.

Overall great and would stay...
Liked: The location is lovely and it's really nice to have the balcony for some extra space. It's great value for money for families as kids stay for free. Beefy's is fantastic. We ate there for dinner and also breakfast.
Disliked: We have stayed here last year. Things just seemed a little tired. The balcony furniture had holes in and was all quite dirty. The table could've used a wipe down. Someof the wooden bits in the room had seen better days.

Very bad experience. Would not...
Liked: Balcony overlooking the pitch.
Disliked: There are no mini fridges in the room. So everything is always warm. They never cleaned our room even though we stayed there for 3 nights. Beds were never made, we had to beg them to clean and when they did they only picked up litter nothing else. The showers always flooded. The restaurants are very overpriced and you can only pay by card no cash. They tried to charge us £100.00 for parking even though it stated that it was complimentary. We booked 10 rooms and then emailed the operations manager and had no response from him. All in all I would advise you to not waste your money, Just because it says Hilton does not mean you will get good customer service!!
