Disliked: Not possible to open Window in room. Could not sleep as room as it lacked air despite air conditioning.Had to move room at 23.30 and was charged £50 for the privilege. Reduced to £25 after discussion with manager.Friend had to sleep on sofa bed.Will never stay in a hotel room where Window won't open...

Very nice stay

Liked: Booked this hotel so we could watch the Cricket. Large car park adjacent to the hotel. We were charged £5 for 24 hours car parking. Comfortable room with a huge balcony overlooking the pitch. Comfortable bed with soft pillows and nice lightweight duvet. The Breakfast cost £14.95 and was superb. Brilliant value for money. A huge selection of hot and cold food with drinks and toast. Very nice service from Callum who was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: A stained cushion and towel in the room was unacceptable.

Liked: Staff and welcome friendly, rooms luxurious and spotless, top floor having fantastic views of lakes and golf course, heating and aircon just right, loved the bathroom with huge walk-in shower and powerful spray. Also liked the night light under the sink! The silence when sleeping also great. The beds being such a good size.
Disliked: The first thing that annoyed my daughter and I was the fact that the spa facilities were not included in our stay, they were extra and we were not aware of this when booking through 'booking.com' until after we paid. We did not pay extra for a cancellation fee so had to go with your hotel and decided to use the botley park hotel spa facilities instead as much cheaper and with small pool before arriving at the Hilton to sleep! The second annoyance was one of the beds in room 327 had a huge dip in the mattress to the point of it being a hole ! My daughter had the worst night ever 4hrs sleep) she said she'd have been better sleeping on the floor! My bed was beautiful, I felt gutted for her, she would not swap beds with me and it was too late to ask to change rooms as we were in our nightwear.
