Overall good experience, let down...

Liked: All went well, room was clean
Disliked: Air conditioning in the room was not working which mean it got rather stuffy, even with the window open.I have also requested a VAT receipt which apparently the hotel can't give me because I made the booking through booking.com and you can't contact anyone at booking .com to sort this out for me. If I can be contacted on my email and this sent to me, that would move my score from a 7 to a 9.

Overall pretty good

Liked: Hotel was really nice, lovely location on St George’s park. Nice outdoor area to sit and have drinks. We also booked the spa when we booked the hotel. The spa facilities and pool area were great. The massages we had were lovely and I thought it was a nice touch we had a tea afterwards that matched the scent of the oil used on us.
Disliked: The air con in the room was pretty rubbish and not cold enough at all.

Disliked: EV charging experience was extremely poor. Slow speed (3KwH??), charge stopped 3 times, so a real pain to restart and hadn't got to a full charge for my return trip in 24 hours!!! Suggested they need to upgrade all chargers to high/mid-speed (40KwH+) chargers, that can be used just with card payments as apps are a pain and too many to bother with.
