Overall stay was good.

Liked: The bar staff very good, paid attention to our needs, meals served in good manner of time.
Disliked: Service was very slow in the restaurant. Wait staff for breakfast very slow, for $300.00 per night ,would had been nice if something was free be it a bagel or a piece of fruit , a beverage. My wife was told by an Intern at front desk on our first day, that the pool was closed and closed indefinitely.(We picked your hotel because it had an indoor pool). We later learned that was incorrect, the afternoon before our departure.

Disliked: Pillows,no mirrors in room,,shower wand

only slept there.

Liked: didn't get breakfast
Disliked: sink didn't work. had to use soap dish to keep drain open and let water out. was fixed on second day.

Disappointing hotel would not accept...

Liked: Valet and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant breakfast was delicious (have to pay)
Disliked: Unfortunately when we arrived they only had one room for 4, when I showed the confirmation email from them via booking.com for 2 rooms, they said it was a booking.com problem not theirs and the receptionist’s only advice was not to use booking.com. They later apologised but we were still in one room having paid for two. Still unresolved. The back and forth at reception trying to get them to see that it was the hotel’s email took up a considerable amount of our only night in Asheville
