Liked: Access to the metro.
Disliked: There were renovations on our floor that no one told us about. When we got into the room the carpet had a couple of wet spots and after checking in I watched a valet slam someone's car into a pole before parking it.

One of my worst hotel...

Liked: Localization
Disliked: Someone from security went into our room 11pm, then he apologized and left, that was really strange and scary. Shower was the worst I have ever seen.

Liked: The lobby smelled beautiful
Disliked: I booked a king bed and I got a room with 2 small queen beds. The check in person was rude and my check out lady was super rude

Great location and clean.

Liked: Great location. Next door to Ballston Metrp which made it easy to get around DC. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping as well. Staff very helpful.Starbucks located in hotel.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and convenient...

Liked: Loved the convenience of having a great place to stay with an excellent restaurant and bar on the premises, so no need to have search for a place to eat or drink after a long day of driving, plus happy hour from 5-7 was perfect for us!
