Clean place, nice location, walking...

Liked: The staff is outstanding and friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom was nice, including the temperature of the shower.
Disliked: For a nice place like this, I was hoping for a hot tub by the pool.

Superb

Liked: We were way over in the guest rooms but it allowed us to have 2 rooms next to each other. I took the stairs and got locked out and had to go back down the elevator and walk outside and around to the front entrance. Not the best feeling, but otherwise we loved everything else about the hotel.

Disliked: Air didn’t work in room. Kids running up and down the hallways as well as adults talking very loudly up and down the hallways.

Vey nice property. Great location

Liked: Great location. The pool, workout room, and Starbucks were great. Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Least friendly front-desk staff I've encountered in many travel experiences. Very dour attitudes. Both my wife and I felt each encounter was an annoyance, although none of the staff were busy during our interactions. Minimal effort on their part. Service levels at the front desk don't match the quality of the property. I don't feel training or feedback are of any value. I'd recommend bringing in new candidates with a desire to be helpful and pleasant. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff is helpful and responsive
