Good but not great
Liked: The food was great. Facilities were clean. Pool area was nice.
Disliked: The room never got cool. The area outside the room was always hot. There was a fight outside the pool area that scared my kids had to hear them talk about it ruining their stay. We had intended to spend my daughters birthday there in August but now we're not sure.

I will not be staying...
Liked: The Hilton Anatole is a visually impressive hotel with standout features like a beautiful pool area, well-equipped gym, and a surprising amount of art throughout the property that adds charm and character. The digital convenience of using the Hilton app to communicate with the front desk was a major plus—it’s helpful to have a written record for any requests or issues.
Disliked: However, my stay had some serious drawbacks. The first room I was given had shards of glass on the floor, which is a major safety concern. I was moved to a second room, but unfortunately, it had a lingering smell of smoke. Another low point was being woken up at 7 AM by cleaning staff despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door—a clear lack of respect for guests’ privacy (and no follow up to clean the room after the sign was removed at 10 am all 4 days - the linens were never touched, trash was never removed). Lastly, the room service experience was disappointing: the food quality didn’t match the price, and the fruit on the dessert had visible mold. I was presented with a text request for a rating mid-stay, gave it a 2/5 and the response insisted on a scheduled phone call to discuss my concerns - the phone call was never followed through and I have yet to receive my receipt of my stay post-check out.
