It served it’s purpose.

Liked: I am married with 3 kids, 13, 11, and 5. We were on a Disneyland trip so we were just there to sleep. We liked the pool and it was close to Disney.
Disliked: It’s too expensive. I expected the Hilton to be nice and have updated rooms. I found the room to be dingy and outdated. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable and old. The furniture and carpet is outdated. For the price point I had higher expectations.

Disliked: Furniture outdated, did not get room cleaned on one of the 3 days. Fridge was wobbly. Not impressed

Disliked: The Ac was not working. It was humid. No fridge. It’s a cooler, so if you have food to store take your own cooler. No microwave available unless you pay 35$ …

I will not be staying...

Liked: We could get to Disneyland on the shuttle in 5 minutes. But the shuttle isn't free.
Disliked: Room dirty. Changed room 4 times due to AC not working. Dirty room. Odor in room. Phone not working. Safe locked and couldn't reopen. It was absolutely horrible experience. Room had visible dust. Used tissues on the floor behind bedside cabinet. Hair found in the apparently clean bathroom. Hair on bedding. I could not get the front desk to answer phone after initial phonecall. They just tried to shift us from room to room. With each room having issues. The front desk staff did apologize but the overall consensus was that they were almost okay with all the above situationand complaints. It took over 2 hours to get a room with working AC and then I find the room dirty. With the temp being in the 100F at this point what energy do i have left to keep chqnging rooms and lugging my luggage back and forth up the elevators to the lobby. I can't believe in the decline of the hotel over the last 10 years. I have stayed here many times. This will be the last time, it is outdated, doesn't offer anything like the newer hiltons and this location has very poor maintenance and cleanliness. Thr elevator to the garage has no AC and was jammed full with people as it was the only one. It takes a while to come so give yourself time if you have a time to be somewhere.
