Liked: Overall we had a good experience. Breakfast was great, bed were comfortable, very quiet!
Disliked: My only complaint is the odor in the room.

Disliked: Paid an upgraded fee to include 50$ resort credit. Customer service had zero record of that!!Room (that I paid an upgraded fee for as it offered early check in and check out and a 50$ resort credit) had a terrible view. There was women’s hair in the shower on the wall, a big clump of it!! There was used medication packs on the floor. Room was never cleaned properly. I did not fuss as it was a very short stay. Do better. Not impressed for a HILTON property!! Love local and was just trying to have a nice relaxing night close to an event I was attending.

Great stay. I enjoyed everything...

Liked: The cleanliness, space, and the look of the hotel was nice. Wish I could have used the pool but it was a little chilly that weekend. I will book again here if I need to travel.
Disliked: I was a little taken back with the adjacent door in the room next door. Just for safety reason. I was a little concern.

Very Poor Service

Liked: It's a nice hotel. Rooms are clean and large.
Disliked: One of the worst lazy staff I have even encountered. Breakfast restaurant staff was horrible. Front desk night staff bad.

Liked: Tricia at the front desk was very nice and professional. She engaged in conversation with me about my trip and wished me a safe journey.
Disliked: Both mirrors in the room were horrible. The one in the hall is do recessed I would have needed to stand inside it to use it. The lighting around the bathroom mirror was too dark.
