Liked: When we got to our room, the hallway and the room had a strong urine smell. I asked to be moved to a different room and the staff moved us without question. The next room was clean and didn't have a smell. Our first room was on the unsecured second floor. The other floors you need a room key to access the floor. The second room was on the fourth floor and was in much better shape. The staff came through for us and took care of us.

Liked: There’s any microwave in the room. There should be one in every room.

Disappointing

Liked: The shower floor was stained and looked dirty I asked the front if they could get it scrubbed to get the stain off. They said they would but they didn’t. Had to ask for room servive one day late on the afternoon because no one came and cleaned our room. They did it but I felt I should not of had to ask for room service. We stayed in a one bedroom suite so it was disappointing we didn’t get the service we expected. Also use to having magnifying mirrors in other Hiltons I have stayed at.
Disliked: Shower floor was dirty looking
