Liked: From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. All of your staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was a great size, clean, and very comfortable. A beautiful view of the mountains was an added bonus. I will be back. Thank you.❤️
Disliked: The only tiny criticism is that the pool was not heated nor was the spa very warm. But honestly, it did not affect my stay, just the duration of my dip! Haha.

Liked: High standard hotel and I would recommend it. Close and easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops. very clean and tidy.

Liked: Well located - tram to Glenelg outside hotel. We were given an early check in with no problem. Breakfast choice was extensive and delicious.

Pleasant

Disliked: Construction in front of the hotel on a Sunday night til early morning meant 0 sleep for my partner and I. We felt so lethargic showing up to our conference the next day.
