Hilton Aberdeen TECA

Had the most relaxing two days at the Hilton enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym. The food was excellent; the hotel staff very efficient. Lovely, wonderful, guest room with two queen size beds.

Disliked: One staff member I requested a travel cot for my room when I booked which was 6 months in advance, I phoned reception and they said we don’t have one until the following day, sorry all of ours are broken. Not much help. Eventually we got a cot but the staff member was very rude about the situation

Disliked: Booked adjoining rooms as I was the carer for the gentleman. Booked in advance as I had to make sure we had the adjoining rooms. Cost per room was over £200. If I had waited and Booked later, the same rooms were only £125. Also tried booking restaurant, no tables available until at least 9pm. So had to get room service. Food arrived cold. We have booked this hotel and adjoining rooms again this year for another concert, but will be bringing my own food.But will definitely be looking at the other hotels in the area for future reference. I don't believe the rooms were worth the £435 , not including breakfast
