Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking was not an issue for my, but I imagine it might be occasionally if the local area is busier.

Good small hotel but could...

Liked: Fantastic beds, linens and pillowsGreat shower. Poor towelsBranding good. Service friendly. Food goodBedrooms did not match public areas- bit Spartan. Bedrooms need softening with better seating, pictures,biscuits on tray , hankies. Small tweaks would make this fantastic
Disliked: As above - location beside forest park excellent. Parking outside full so had to go to public park in square in the town.
