Liked: The person at the front desk was very welcoming. Great room, everything was renovated. I highly recommend this motel for your stay in Kingston. The price for what you get is very good.

Liked: Desk staff friendliness. Location. No carpet. Basketball hoop.
Disliked: There was no Wi-Fi and no laundry service, contrary to what is advertised on Booking's page. AC was extremely noisy and impossible to adjust. The beds were the worst, so squeaky and soft.

Liked: Rooms have been recently renovated and are in very good condition but they are small. Bed was very comfortable and the towels were of excellent quality.
Disliked: Air conditioner was loud.
