Had to take pictures of broken things to make sure we didn't get blamed; otherwise a good place to sleep.

Liked: Great place to pass out after show, not much else; nice employees.
Disliked: Stains on floor; mold growing on chair.

Liked: They wouldn't give us a room because I had a extra child they said it was over capacity me and my kids waited 3 hours in the lobby trying to find a cheap place,the 2 elderly woman working that late evening/night shift were very rude and very unhelpful,they lied and screamed at me in front of my kids and slammed her hand on the front desk to show her anger towards me,refused to give me corporate phone number or owner of property phone number,it was very frustrating and stressful my kids were hungry and tired the worst experience I ever had at a hotel and they refused to give me my refund. I do not recommend this motel at all very disgusting staff.

Disliked: The location is in the middle of an industrial area, and no working wifi even though advertised.

Pay a few more dollars...

Liked: Hilltop Inn was only 15 minutes from the city.
Disliked: The staff were not friendly, the lock was broke on the door, no vending machines at the hotel, no microwave or refrigerator in room, wifi was out more than on, beds were nailed together with boards, no continental breakfast as claimed on their website, banisters were not safe, they were loose and shakey, no where to put garbage, and we were only allowed 2 sets of towels for 4 people. The air conditioner leaked the whole time we were there.no snack/ deli bar as their site claimed, if we needed a drink or snack we had to walk down a hill to the Getgo to purchase them, also claimed they had an ice machine but the door was always locked. They do not answer their phones and there is not staff onsite 24 hours as the description claims. We will not go there again.
