Disliked: I am writing to formally dispute a charge related to a recent hotel stay at the Hilltop Inn, which was booked under my account. The experience was far below reasonable expectations and did not reflect the advertised services, resulting in a stay that was both uncomfortable and unacceptable.Here are the specific issues I encountered during the stay:The toilet flush was not working, making the bathroom unusable and unsanitary.There was no working room phone or service line, so I had no way to report or resolve the issues during my stay.The table lamp and bedside charging socket were non-functional, limiting basic convenience and accessibility.The hotel advertised free Wi-Fi, but it was not available throughout my stay.It also advertised a complimentary breakfast, which was not provided at all.The hot-cold regulator in the shower was broken, making it extremely difficult to bathe.The shower curtain was too short, which led to water spilling across the entire bathroom floor, creating a slipping hazard and mess.These are not minor inconveniences—they are fundamental issues related to hygiene, safety, and basic livability. I attempted to address these matters on-site, but there was no means of contacting staff from the room.Given the misleading advertising and the completely unsatisfactory condition of the accommodation, I am requesting a full reversal of this charge. Liked: Ymthe ladys at the desk was nice.
Disliked: The rooms are filthy bad.stains on the carpets never cleaned up.i wouldn't walk in my ear feet or in my socks .there's food and drink stains on the walls.the walls and the floors are caked with dirt and nasty stuff.i had to clean my room as best as I could.i bought throw rugs for the floor.

Disliked: There was a big pothole in the parking lot that needed to to be avoided especially at night there were no cones or barrels in front of the hole letting people know there was a pothole other then that the stay was pretty friendly and comfortable

Liked: I found out I was allergic to bed bugs from this stay. So I got to pay for my motel stay and a trip to med express.
Disliked: The whole staff is unprofessional and rude. You can literally feel like grime on the surfaces of the room. The was so much nicotine build up on the wall that when the condition from the shower hit the walls it looked like they were bleeding brown.
