We had a bed bugs...

Disliked: We had a bed bugs in our room. In the evening we can’t check out because the asistence wasn’t there. We slept in the car because we had a depozit there in cash. The hotel promised me send me full refund but no answer via Booking. I will return to the hotel from New York to manage this situation.

Disliked: Staff wasn't very pleasant. Beds were not comfortable. Rooms were not very clean. Parking lot had huge pots holes. Owner Charged me 10 dollars for a dirty towel that had simply cleaned up a pop from the floor which was dirty and was what really caused the stain on the towel. Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel in my life.

Liked: Friendly staff. Best option on a budget. Would stay again.
Disliked: There were some mild damages to the room from a prior booking. Staff assured me I didn’t have to worry about my deposit. All was fine in the long run. Would check room before dealing with the security deposit to avoid any possible confusion.
