Liked: Breakfast was great, the ladies servicing breakfast was fantastic. I think there names we're Lousie and Clair. they we're fantastic they went above and beyond to make sure we had every thing we wanted. Great customer service. also, the team on the front desk they did every thing to make sure our stay was perfect. we had a lovely relaxing time. the views from this hotel lovely. great location to say if you want to explore the lake district. Big Thank you all.
Disliked: The walk up the hill back to the hotel lol. but you have to pay a little price for the views from this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel...

Liked: We stayed in the classic plus room which was good. The hotel is on a hill top with amazing views of the hills and lake. The climb up to the hotel is quite steep, so driving up to the hotel is much better.
Disliked: The breakfast was full table service and we thought it was a bit restricted as you had to order just one item from each segment. Tea/coffee, toast was unlimited so we filled up on toast and tea! Most hotels offer a buffet breakfast which in my opinion is much better. There were no lifts although the hotel did offer a porter service at a per bag charge.
