Liked: Everything was excellent, food very good, staff helpful and friendly, we were lucky enough to have a room with a view over the lake, a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic comfortable stay, would happily...

Liked: The style of the decor and furniture gave the overall vibe a very pleasant stay. Comfortable modern rooms. Bed was very comfortable and big. High quality bath robes, towels, bed sheets etc. Parking was easy and plenty of space.
Disliked: The breakfast menu, would be nice to have a cold buffet instead of ordering from the menu

Liked: The location is fantastic, the scenery from the hotel is magical (what ever the weather is like).The decor is modern but classic. The hotel is only a twenty minute walk to Bowness and ten minute walk to the bus stop. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, welcoming and they are always willing to help with any problems that may arise.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is a change of menu would make a difference, especially if you are staying for more than a couple of days.This isn’t a criticism rather a suggestion.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay

Liked: Very fulfilling and fresh breakfast. I liked that it was A la carte instead of buffet. The view from the hotel was absolutely phenomenal.
Disliked: Maybe addition of a locker/ safe.

Liked: Very clean, very comfortable and welcoming. Well located for walking to Windermere and Bowness centres, and a swimming pool too! And the views from the lounge and restaurant are superb.
Disliked: Nothing
