Bad

Liked: The room was fine but too pricey for the location and premises.
Disliked: Felt ghetto ish. There were some people squatting in the first room we were assigned. Had to move to another room with NO queen beds.

Avoid

Liked: They called and left a voicemail cancelling on me last minute, literally an hour before I arrived that they were "overbooked." I had to find a last minute hotel but when I asked to cancel the reservation so I can get a refund, they deleted the message that they left earlier and never got back to me. Wtf

We only stayed one night...

Liked: Close to Nashville airport. Big closet with hangers. AC worked really well. Price was fine.
Disliked: The property seemed a bit run-down and appeared to have some long-term residents. We saw a needle on the ground on the way to our room, which made us feel uneasy. There was an open package of used soap left on the bathroom counter, and while the space was generally clean, the shower could have been better maintained. It also leaked onto our clean clothes that we had set out. There were several people loitering outside, which added to the overall uncomfortable atmosphere.

Totally recommend if you are...

Liked: Great room! Convenient location!
Disliked: Lots of noisy folks. A few sketchy characters around. The parking lot didn’t feel especially safe.
