For the money paid and...

Liked: Pleasant rooms
Disliked: Restaurant stopped serving food at 9 pm and no room service had to order takeaway pizza very poor show. Serving staff couldn’t wait to clean up and leave. We arrived 8.45 pm and restaurant would not serve us

Nice hotel with good food...

Liked: The hotel was very clean good comfortable rooms and the food was excellent.
Disliked: Some of the staff were not as friendly and didn’t always speak to you. I also it quite noisy at night with children running up and down the corridor screaming.

Great family location

Liked: The facilities for children make it such a family-friendly location. The little playpark at the side of the hotel and the enclosed garden at the front of hotel were great facilities for our children. Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our two night stay. Breakfast available to the room was a real plus with just a small tray charge to pay. It helped us to enjoy the holiday at our own pace with less stress around managing the smaller kids.
Disliked: I like to focus on the positives. This holiday was just wonderful. Hotel prices have increased significantly in recent years, yet the facilities onsite at the Hill Grove Hotel helped us to reduce spending as there is less moving about to keep the children entertained.
