Hillcrest Inn

Great location and staff was excellent. Hotel itself was very dated and needed a lot of updating. Our room was very small and needed a lot updates. The balcony in our room, overlooking the ocean was very nice and a good size. Overall it was okay for the one night we stayed but can’t see spending more than one or two nights.

Awful, the fire alarm was dangling by wires from the ceiling. The sprinkler system was a cut piece of pipe in the ceiling. The window was open when we arrived and would not close because it was falling out of the window frame; the bathroom was so small that your knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet. I blew a breaker using my hair dryer because the room was heated with a electric table top heater. Staff was too busy being on personal cell phones that they never acknowledged anyone walking into the building.

Great Spot! Pool, Nice staff....

Liked: Amazing Location!! Will stay again. Kids loved the pool area as well. Great spot right on the ocean. Fun to watch the strip from the balcony. Blink's Fried Doe next door!
Disliked: Rooms were small, but it was worth it for the location.

Disliked: Room was quite dirty, someone’s lunch was left in the fridge! Said good morning to the staff and a great response back, but when I said good morning to the owner all I got was an ugggg, not a friendly man!
