A Wonderful Affordable Hotel
Liked: We stayed at Hillcrest during the Oregon State Chess Championships across the street at the convention center. It was a sweet little hotel with some cottages and some hotel rooms. Our cottage was perfect for the four of us to have a place to rest after a long day and the front desk employees were amazing and so very friendly.
Disliked: The walls are fairly thin and so we could hear the group of younger people in the cottage next door pretty clearly.

Perfect place near seaside beach!!
Liked: The location is great, close to the beach. The hotel service is also excellent! I loved the friendliness of the staff.

Liked: The Hillcrest has solidified itself with our family as the go to hotel for us over anything else in Seaside or Astoria for that matter, here is why.. They just did a full renovation , Room options include king spa rooms king rooms family suite rooms they even have full super cute coastal homes on sight as well for big groups. Location I kid you not I can look out my window and see the ocean boardwalk and the Seaside aquarium no exaggerating. The staff here will even put up a specialized sign outside for ur stay for birthdays making that special someone feel very loved.... Again the staff , Ruth makes you feel at home and like they care , she even reserved a parking space for my family printed out my last name for us in front row I might add while we were at the beach.. They have also done a full renovation, new kitchenettes new beds new furniture new TVs the nightstands even had water glasses for those of us who get parched at night ✋..... If you are like my family and want a quiet relaxing smell of the beach right at ur door with I would say the best customer service I have ever experienced come and stay here.. I am writing this because of how above and beyond we have been treated by the staff here and are very deserving of this review.
