Overall great value

Liked: The price is great. A little off the interstate, but near a gas station for last minute needs. The owners are hospitable and it was a quiet area. Comfortable bed. Water was hot for the shower and I slept well.
Disliked: Although newly remodeled room, it looked like they had quickly done the work and did not change out major things like the tub. It was stained but, but clean.

Disliked: Noise (and air) easily came through the door. Simple weather stripping would solve that issue.

After driving from Arizona all...

Liked: Perfect place for a tired traveler. Great bed, quiet..
Disliked: I prefer wood floors to carpet, but the carpet was clean.

Good

Liked: The room appeared to be recently renovated. The exterior also seemed maintained well.
Disliked: More insulation in the walls. I could hear my neighbor like there was no wall.
