Liked: The room itself is very thoughtfully designed. The facility was quiet, clean, comfortable, had a great view and a fantastic breakfast that came included.

Liked: The breakfast was awesome. The room was great. Excellent recommendations of what to do whilst in Kelowna. Loved that it was a bit out of town. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Disliked: Location agreed weeks in advance to early checkin before 1PM and confirmed when we called but room was not ready. Staff no idea about hospitality business and no help with local information. Rooms face noisy highway.

Disliked: When asking for more pods for coffee the dark haired young girl said this isn't a hotel its a B&B, when we googled what B&B's provide the answer was they provide coffee. We stayed 4 nights. I guess if you do not provide coffee then why do you have a kerig and coffee pods in the room? My husband was offended with her answer.
