Liked: Our room was quite spacious and had good wifi access. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Everything was outdated (but functional, which was good), and the shower was very small. We also could hear trains passing by a couple of times in the evening.

Disliked: Was poorly shaped . Dirty . Unsafe from electrical wiring and heaters in room and not upgraded from the 1970s . Could hear people and baby crying next door all night .

Liked: The people were very, very nice. When it snowed, they plowed the parking lot. The room was clean with fresh linen. I liked that it had Space to hang your clothes.
Disliked: The walls were chipped and cracked. The television left a lot to be desired. You only got a few channels and the reception was really bad. The carpet was vacuumed, but it had.Gaps gaps where the carpet did not come together on the seems

Disappointing

Disliked: The room was already totally paid for by us online then an additional $9 was charged, apparently to refund what Booking.com had paid for reserving the room for us. Receptionist was friendly. Room was antiquated but okay. We stayed there anyway because we needed a room and they knew it. Room did not have the microwave that was said to be included. Room did not offer breakfast, just coffee and tea. I don't think it was worth the $97.31 we were charged. But it was nice to have a place to stay. Mountain Home is an expensive community.
