Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness...

Liked: Our room was clean, large and roomy with a huge very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The check in reception area was reminiscent of a broom cupboard. Very small and poky. It looked seedy. Also, we only had 1 towel in our room although when I mentioned it to a member of staff she soon brought us more towels and a bath mat.

Disliked: The continental breakfast was poor. Despite arriving half an hour before the end of breakfast time, a lot of items had run out. Also there was hardly any fruit juice left.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The room was better than expected very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and there was a varied selection. We also enjoyed an evening meal which was better than we anticipated.

Liked: Your typical ‘room for a night’ no thrills hotel
Disliked: There’s no receptionist after a specific time. I came back from a night out in town to a woman sleeping on the reception floor. There was no one in reception to check her in. The guy behind reception told me that if there’s any issues during the night to call a number. However, when I tried this to get the woman some help no one answered.

Fab little budget traveller stay

Liked: Pleasant and modern decor, very clean, lovely staff, all incredibly polite and helpful. Food was superb, both breakfast choices and evening meals and drinks prices good too!
Disliked: Nothing!
