Comfortable well positioned hotel

Liked: Joined to a busy pub. The staff on for breakfast were amazing, above and beyond sort of helpful. Great location for where we were visiting. Huge and comfy room, with full size bath and powerful shower.
Disliked: There weren’t staff “on site”, we fetched them from the adjoining pub to book us in which wasn’t the quickest, even an internal phone to alert them would be handy. There are a few aesthetics which could be tidied up. Opens direct to carpark so whilst the location is handy it’s not a “picturesque” hotel.

Disliked: The radiator didn't work. It was a little bit cold, and the channels downstairs weren't working like they do upstairs.
