Liked: Super quiet in glamp tent in Camp Coyote. Great showers and nice bathrooms with easy access. Pool was super cool and relaxing. Spent 5 hours there. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a repeat visit. Nice Continental breakfast area and other quiet places to sit outdoors.
Disliked: Every aspect of stay was great.

A peaceful paradise in Guerneville!

Liked: Such a wonderful place to spend your vacation time! We loved everything about the Highlands. The glamping tents are SO comfortable and spacious. The amenities offered with the tents were also really great. The property is beautiful and full of different nooks and places to sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. This property is also an easy walk into town so you never have to drive!
Disliked: This place was perfect! I have absolutely zero complaints.

Liked: I loved the proximity to town and the cabins and gardens were very pretty...
Disliked: The staff member taking care of our reservation was a grouch! She was really short with me for opting out of the texting thread for some reason, and was extremely condescending. She seemed to be annoyed by our presence. We almost avoided the free breakfast the next morning because we were worried about seeing her again. Her attitude contributed to the general idea I have of the property that it seems stuffy and unwelcoming. Not the go-with-the -flow Russian River vibes I come to expect from hospitality in Guerneville.
