Okay stay. Nice staff. Wonderful...

Liked: Staff of great people.
Disliked: Restaurant and bar closed pretty arbitrarily. Both nights we were there. Went to grab a snack and a beverage around 8:30 but closed.

Liked: It was mind-blowing to me in a most positive way that they don't spray their grass with chemicals, so my young children could safely run and crawl on the lawns. This is awesome, and there were not too many bugs as my husband thought! They also have a little organic farm, and source their restaurant with produce from there. Clean and tasty food, another awesome thing. I wish the eggs for breakfast would be made consistently with ghee butter instead of other inflammatory seed oils too.
Disliked: The rooms are a bit outdated, but it's like visiting your grandma, so it's ok. Fewer chemicals around made me happy, so the rest didn't bother me at all.

Liked: I liked it when the rude employees and the lying employees went away and left us to our own devices because I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. My son had to be taken to an urgent care clinic because he got some kind of infection all over him I’m literally ready to start suing people if I don’t get compensated Immediately and trust me I have proof of all this whatever my son got plus, my brother also got all over him from having to sleep on the couches that the people who did not provide the rollaway beds like they said they would.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I was lied to you over and over again I was told on the very first night that I was there because for some reason you at booking.com didn’t put that I had my son and my brother and only two people, but it was quickly fixed when the manager on duty, saw that my son came in with me. My husband came in with me. My brother came in with me and my dog mind you my service dog, and he said that it was all fine and have gave us our breakfast itineraries and so on and so forth so that he would make sure there was rollaway beds brought up nothing happened never got my breakfast never got the rollaway beds and now my son and my brother are paying for it with some kind of bacterial infection they got from sleeping at that place.

Disappointing because of set up...

Liked: Beautiful grounds, very friendly person at the front desk. Beautiful lake. Lots of potential!! I Understand that things were under construction for improvement and also probably as a result of Hurricane Helene but just inform your guests that this is going on at this time.
Disliked: Bathroom sink in the room without any privacy, shower and toilet in super separate small space. all together very uncomfortable. Otherwise good breakfast was lukewarm, so was the coffee. Coffee in room very poor quality. Breakfast space super noisy. Tennis court was under construction and the fish pier was not usable because the entrance to it was broken and closed off. Two activities why we picked the place.We paid extra for a balcony, which turned out to be a shared balcony. Other people smoking was not really appreciated by us and wondering why somebody moved around one of the separate chairs obviously meant for our room.

Mountain Lodge with Sumptous Breakfast

Liked: I liked the spacious room and access to the large balcony. The breakfast at the Seasons Restaurant was quite impressive.
Disliked: The one-way curvy roads leading to the service desk obscured the sign in process. Parking was available but limited.

Liked: The place was very clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very delicious.
Disliked: There was no water bottles in the bedroon
