Liked: There was a room.
Disliked: The bathtub was disgusting. The bed had stains. and the towels had pubes on them.

Liked: The rooms Got ROACHES & little black insects! BLACK MOLD in the BATHROOM CEILINGS, THE CEILINGS and Floor Boards are Peeling off the WALLS! The Indian Workers Live in the Hotel typical rude behavior waking you up before check out time speaking Indian, the one of the office workers didn't knock on the door he opened it right up like a creep, when I yelled at him he says oh I didn't know anyone was in the room, so my family had already decided to check out so the morning of check out were packing about 11 min late

Disliked: Showers were mostly cold. Had to bring my own bug spray to kill roaches

Disliked: Water in shower. Could get hot water on bottom but when changed to shower it would come out cold

Basic room, not very clean.

Liked: The location is good, it is near stores and the freeway and also close to a park. It was winter, but there was a pool, not sure of the condition. Free WiFi.
Disliked: The room was not very clean, there was some trash on the floor. The sheets had cigarette burns, as did the blanket. The shower did not look clean and the faucet leaked. Also, the heater did not work very well, and it was a cold night. Very low bar set for this type of hotel, but all you really want from a low-budget place is that it be clean and it wasn't.
