Worst customer service EVER and...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The room I reserved was given away. In my reservation, I put in for pets and when I arrived I was CHARGED more for my furbabies AND I was told my room would be prorated since I was put in a room with double beds instead of my King Suite. NOPE, I did not receive any compensation. The bathroom had a douche bottle in the shower and we were not checked on throughout our stay. I had to ask for towels; they would not give me towels until I returned the old ones. What? They did not stop by to check but I was responsible for that. Then, we needed new sheets due to an accident and NOPE. The guy said have to come back in the morning. Thank goodness I had 4 throw blanketa to make due. I will never stay here again!

Liked: I like the fact that the faculty is really nice people plan by some extremely well people
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that my room could have been a whole lot cleaner than what it was they still have leftovers from the last people that stayed but other than that it was good
