Great place; great price.

Liked: Very clean; nice staff; beds were very comfortable.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Liked: Everything was fresh and clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

This was a good little motel. I can't find anything to complain about really. Not a whole lot of blankets on the beds so I'd recommend bringing some of your own. But this was the cleanest MOTEL I've ever stayed in. No bugs. Really nice owners. No frills but all I needed was a clean and safe place to sleep while in town for a concert. It's close to everything. Cost less then 5 bucks to take an Uber to the Orpheum. I'd defintely stay here again!

Liked: Perfect, quiet place next to a cute coffee shop and walking/biking distance to everything. Manager was a gem and super helpful and flexible. If you’re looking for a simple, clean room that’s a great value, stay here!

Great location, great value!

Liked: Staff was very friendly and attentive. Location was perfect although it can be a challenge to enter and exit the property during high traffic times in Flagstaff. Room was very clean. Great value.
Disliked: Can be challenging to get in and out of property at high traffic times.

Very nice little motel ideally...

Liked: Location was ideal for going to old town , getting a great coffee next door and seeing Route 66 sites and services. Clean and well set up rooms in a basic plus little motel with easy highway access and ample free parking.

Excellent location!

Liked: Excellent location! It's about 8 min. walking distance to Downtown Flagstaff. Breakfast restaurants and coffee shops right outside of the motel. Clean sheets and towels! Perfect rooms for a couple or solo travelers!
Disliked: The air conditioner makes too much noise. No iron in the room!
