Very poor

Liked: No one to check in even after request and asking me stupid question when I want to check in. Don't even know who is that stupid manager
Disliked: The way he asked us to check in. His particular question was have you read your email. Even though everything was confirmed he hold me outside the hotel for 15 Min with small 1 year kid. Other than that he gave us very small room. It was not according to picture
