Liked: Location fabulous and easy to find. Short drive to Lulworth, Weymouth etc. Useful information about local shops, takeaways etc. Food van was on site over the weekend (evenings), with entertainment. However all was quiet by 10pm, so not disturbed. Check in really easy, Well stocked onside shop. Really clean site.
Disliked: The edges of the sofa/bed were dusty. Maybe one of those areas you cannot reach, but noticeable when lying in bed. Overall the pod was immaculate.

Comfort, recharged and family memories...

Liked: Everything! Friendly staff, great location and the pod was beautiful ❤️ The pod had everything you could need, it was clean, functional and the main bed was so comfortable! We loved the pizza van and singer on the Wednesday night..made it so special. We will definitely be back...Weymouth is beautiful 😍❤️
Disliked: That we didn't stay longer!

Liked: The location was excellent for exploring Dorset,the pod was cozy the beds where comfortable and the facilities inside the camp site was great for children also liked the welcome pack and as a family of four gave us extra towels when we asked.
Disliked: The pod could of been a little cleaner on arrival as the side of the bed was a bit dusty and I found chewing gum stuck to the frame.

Lovely second stay - shame...

Liked: Love the location and the size of the site. This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the opportunity to go to the farm shop and the fact that the site has regular vendors offering various types of food - we always make use of this! We really enjoy staying in the lodges, going for the family sized lodge so that we can make use of the balcony which we love for evening card games etc. Despite the campsite being slightly more busy - due to it being height of the season - it was still relatively quiet and we like that. The location is great being only 10 minutes from Weymouth centre and approx. 25 minutes from West Bay which is also lovely to visit. We would love to come and stay next year and try the newer lodges which are slightly larger - potentially just out of season in hopes for heightened cleanliness and upkeep of fixtures.
Disliked: Unfortunately the cleanliness and upholding of the lodges seems to have fallen somewhat since the first time we stayed at the campsite. Our lodge was quite dirty behind the bed and down the side of the bed, as well as behind the curtains (those also had stains on them). The lights by the bedside also didn’t work this time around which made things slightly inconvenient when wanting to make the room darker before going to sleep. The bunkbeds in our room were also broken with the screws hanging out. We did make the people running the campsite aware of these issues on the first morning of our stay, however nothing seemed to be done about this despite them saying they would seek to sort this. Overall the campsite was still good value for money and we enjoy our stays there, as this was our second time staying, however the standards appeared to have dropped slightly - maybe due to being height of the season.
