Liked: Really liked the pod. Compact, very clean. Size is just right for a family of four.
Disliked: There was no cooker. For families that like cooked meals, this would be the downside.

Basic compact accommodation in great...

Liked: The location is excellent, very close to Weymouth but in a quiet spot in the countryside. We met only one staff member at check in and check out but he gave us a lovely welcome and all of the information we could need. The site set up an egg hunt for the children on Easter Sunday which we didn't attend but sounded a nice touch. There was a good offering of basic kitchen facilities inside the pod and tea, coffee and milk sachets were a bonus. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: The pod we stayed in was incredibly compact - the photos were deceptive and made it look bigger than it was. A floor plan would have been more informative. Our pod was positioned directly below a huge and noisy electrical pylon. We couldn't hear it from inside the pod but sitting outside would not have been pleasant had we wanted to do that. There had been so much rain and the field around our pod was like a bog. The site can't help that but wellies were definitely needed. The previous occupiers of our pod must have walked in with their wet muddy shoes as the floor mat inside was wet through which wasn't a nice thing to step on and soak my socks when I first entered. Our children did use the on site park but it was a complete mud bath! The water pressure in the pod's shower was quite poor. I felt we paid too much money for what we got.
