Liked: This hotel is why people say don't judge a book by it's cover. It's in bad neighborhood, but the hotel is excellent inside. The rooms are spotless with modern amenities. The breakfast is cooked fresh every morning. Private parking and gym is available.

Disliked: The lady standing over the breakfast monitoring what people took from the hot side of the buffet was snooty when I asked her if they were going to make more bacon because what was left was less than desirable and very little. Dressed in pajamas she said there is enough there. I'm the customer and I'm asking for what should be included with my stay, regardless. In her defense, she seemed frustrated because there were about 20 migrants who brought their luggage into the dining area. This was unsafe as I an others were literally tripping over their stuff, as they monopolized the entire area. Some children were even sleeping on the floor. This situation needed to managed and wasn't. Then I had to wait 20 minutes to checkout since she was tagging the migrants luggage and collecting them into the backroom. I was on my way to work until finally she said just leave the key card and parking pass. I didn't receive any paperwork. This was my second time staying there within one month and will probably never go back. The first time there was banging in the hallway by maintenance at 4am. Really?
