Amazing! Classy establishment, awesome breakfast,...
Liked: John welcomed us with a warm, friendly, genuine greeting on arrival, setting the tone for the rest of the weekend. The breakfasts were amazing, sourced from top quality local produce. My wife is gluten intolerant, and John went above and beyond to accommodate, including gluten free treats in our room. The movie and music memorabilia were classy, and really added to the amazing ambiance.
Disliked: Parking was a very minor challenge, being permit based, but that is a condition of the neighbourhood and not specific to High Tor. John provided a permit and advice on where to park, along with giving us an extension permit so we did not have to rush off on our last day.

Liked: I booked this stay based on the reviews I read and we were not disappointed. We had a wonderful welcoming stay. I highly recommend the High Tor Guest house-amazing place!.
Disliked: Everything was fantastic-no complaints.

A very enjoyable and memorable...
Liked: Wow what can we say other than "Excellent" Very friendly welcome by John on arrival. Beautifully decorated throughout. Good size bedroom and exceptionally comfy bed with top quality linen. Immaculately clean en suite bathroom, with top quality toiletries. A good breakfast choice, beautifully presented, full of fresh ingredients.

An excellent way to celebrate...
Liked: The decor was fabulous!! And the host John was particularly good being very friendly but not overly familiar. The breakfast was superb too and set us up each day.
Disliked: Nothing (though it was a long walk up several flights of stairs to room 6)!!

Liked: John and Lisa are amazing hosts: very friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts have a good choice of delicious homemade choices. The rooms are spacious and very comfy.
