High Street Hostel

Great location!

Liked: Great female only dorm. Clean, safe. There was short term luggage storage in the main area as well as long term storage in a locked room for 5 pounds a night. Very accomodating!
Disliked: Think theg're due for a bit of a remodel.

Liked: Great atmosphere. Very clean. Generous proprietor. Guest and staff like were in a good mood helping each other. Big kitchen. Lots of free food. Make comfortable coming room.

A precious place to stay

Liked: Great wee placeOnly my 2nd time staying in a hostel (other was in Copenhagen, and that was only for a few hrs due to early flight), so was a wee bit apprehensive.I shouldnt have been, it was great.The location was central, and ideal, and the price was cheap as well which helps :)The place was clean and tidy, and had all the neccessary facilities that you needed. I stayed in the 4 room "Lord of the Rings" room, with 3 other guests. A solo travelling foreign guy, and 2 travelling foreign girls. They were lovely and polite, courtious and clean. The staff were great, not only were they polite and helpful with the jobs, but they were also happy. Smiling and laughing away with each other, and the guests. It puts you at ease - they are a credit to the place.Well done guys, keep it up. Would def stay again here.
