The perfect lakeside retreat!!!!

Liked: We absolutely loved the waterfront collection room, walked right out of our sliding glass door to the pool and lakefront. The Adirondack chairs by the water were a perfect beginning and ending to our day. The grounds were perfectly manicured. The outdoor pool was clean and such a refreshing experience on one of our warmer days during our stay. Our room was heavenly, especially the bathroom. The shower and jet tub were fantastic!!! Our king-sized bed was comfortable, great place to retreat to after hiking and traveling during the day. We also thoroughly enjoyed the outside bar at the main hotel. It was beautiful to sit outside in the evening and have a few cocktails. Your bartenders were so nice and very attentive. And the Yankees game on the TV was a plus!! We loved the free champagne upon arrival as well as the cookies and lemonade. We loved every bit of our stay here. The location was perfect, able to walk to dinner and shopping. And it was also great just to sit by the lake and relax. Thank you so much for making my birthday week so special and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!!!!!

Disliked: The fact that there were no microwaves in the room. Also some elderly may have issues with bi elevators.

Liked: The location and view were great! The balcony was very nice.
Disliked: The room was dated and dingy. Definitely needs some work. I was looking forward to a relaxing time with my spouse. The other guests around us had dogs that constantly barked or ran around the room making noise. Their owners clearly left them in the room unattended and they were not well behaved. I was not happy. I will not stay at a place that allows pets ever again.
