Liked: Really well thought out arrangement with comfy beds, couple of cosy chairs in front of the TV, and lots of nice touches. Handy for town.

Liked: Really great location to reach shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet setting.
Disliked: While there were sensor lights outside they were a bit slow turning on so at night you had to be extra careful leaving the rooms (especially the one at the back, upstairs)

Lovely place to use a...

Liked: The property is lovely and aptly-named. The room was spacious and attractive with lovely views, the bed comfortable, and TV, fridge, jug, tea and coffee. There was a very large storage space to put luggage and other belongings, and a large bathroom.

Liked: Conveniently located. Good value. Spacious and comfortable. Has become my go to location when in Launceston.

Excellent accommodation and great location.

Disliked: The town clock tower that sounds most of the night.
