Beautiful facility. Comfortable room. No service from front desk. Nobody answered the phone.
Liked: Location was great. Never ate the breakfast.
Disliked: The service from the staff was not good.

This hotel is amazing.

The host is greedy and doesnt care about his guests. Try to find better place.
Liked: The view from the apartment was amazing. The restaurant was atmospheric, food delicious but a little bit overpriced. Didnt visit the pool because we prefer a beach and a pair of chaise lounges and umbrella that we got were pretty comfortable.
Disliked: The cleanliness and the host were our headache. The host wasn't hospitable. The only time he responded to a call was the day before check-out just because we texted him that have issue. All other time he responded only to texts and even hadnt introduced himself. Before arrival I asked for an early check-in (3 times, lol). He said it depends on the previous guests. The reception told that the previous guests will check-out at 3pm and the staff need 1 hour for cleaning. On the last day we asked the host about late check-out - he gave only 1 hour because the property needs 4 HOURS for cleaning (just to remind - previous guests checked-out at 3pm). No questions, but just imagine we checked-in and the floor was so disgusting that it looked like wasnt cleaned at all. Long black hair was everywhere, dish was oily, the coach had old stains and one of the chairs had a cigarette hole. The promo booklet had a lot of holes looked like it was shot with a bunch of bullets. We were so exhausted and spent the whole day in the lobby after the flight with a 1 year old baby (and the host knew about her), and you give us so dirty apartment - we didnt have any energy and time to solve the problem. The only thing we asked to check-out later. The host gave only 1 hour this was nothing regarding such a quality of the cleaning. We asked to check-out at 2pm he denied. We were ok with that but asked for a cleaning fee refund. I think it was totally fair. He denied again. The day before check-out we spent a lot of time with a customer support and agreed that we will check-out on time but the host will refund us a cleaning fee. We checked-out at 12pm but the month has passed and we didnt get any refund. We had 2 more conversations with the customer support and they contacted the host who said that he will not provide a refund (how smart you promised, but now guests are gone).

Beautiful!
Liked: Although the weather was FL weather with the off and on rain having the view of both the road and the beach made my visit a blast! I enjoyed my Born day get away! I would tell a friend about this property.
Disliked: I did not like that I was under the impression that I was staying in a hotel the whole time until I needed maintenance for the unit. After being on hold and being transferred from calling the front desk I was advised to contact my host with thing relating to the unit.

One of the best pool food bar music experience around hollywood.Food and beverages are expensive but worths every penny.
Liked: Pool area , bar , food , View , House was clean and also modern style.
Disliked: Front desk people.They are not really there to solve your problems instead of that they are there to cause problems.Aspecially the women there behave a very negative attutide

A frustrating beginning with a happy ending
Liked: When we arrived the place was a mess. The living room tv was shattered (the owner made us aware and said the previous guest had broken it and was buying a replacement), a glass end table by the bed was cracked down the side, the closet door was broken down, there was dirt and dust on the floors and counters (they said the maids serviced the room), and the comforter and sheets had dirt and stains on them. We were angry at the hotel service and the owner for letting us stay in a room that had been so destroyed and left filthy. At first it seemed the owner was trying to avoid the situation and the hotel kept redirecting us back to the owner, but we realized that neither the owner or the desk full understood how or what had happened in the room. Once they did they attempted to make things right for us. The owner bought a new comforter and sheets for us because the ones in the room were filthy and had stains. The maintenance guy fixed the closet door and helped fix other things we didnt even ask for. The room being a mess and having damage wasnt as much the owners fault or the hotels fault as much as it was the previous guests who had trashed the place and didnt make the owner aware of what had happened. The owner told us there was a 1 day transition of maid services and that the hotel was getting new maids and it just so happened to be the same day we arrived. It had make us very frustrated and angry with the hotel service and the owner, but once we realized that they didnt know the room had been trashed and they were really trying to help us, we changed our opinion on the matter. The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was beautiful and fully functional and even included an ice maker. We cooked some oven made meals and ate them on the balcony which was one of my favorite memories of our trip. I absolutely loved waking up to the views of the ocean and seeing the life outside both in the morning and at night. The bed was extremely comfy.

Not good when half the...
Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Makeup mirrors a nice touch. Upgraded appliances. Food in the restaurants was outstanding.
Disliked: It's "HYDE" residences, not "HIDE." There were no Kleenex, no dish soap, and very few dishes. No hand or face soap in the bathrooms. No hand towels. No instructions for the coffeemaker. Bathroom poorly lit.
