Disappointing

Liked: The pool.
Disliked: No WiFi, asked they staff and they said it should be working. Not helpful at all.When we arrived to check in we had to use the safe for late check in. The cabin was a mess. No beds were made. Dirty dishes on the table.When to reception the following morning to ask why the cabin was not ready. All we got in response was we will get it ready that morning and are you leaving the cabin so it can be made up.No sorry or anything from the staff.

Liked: That’s it’s a holiday park with other facilities available. It’s clean and has a great menu in cafe

Liked: Lush tropical feel. Friendly staff. Good coffee at the cafe.

Relaxing

Liked: Staff, location & privacy of cabin.
Disliked: Due to not having transport and relying on cafe for breakfast and dinner, it was disappointed cafe closed occasionally at advertised times, apparently this was due to staff shortage or lack of patronage, hopefully their new staff will be more reliable. The food and coffee was very enjoyable.
