Liked: My partner and I had booked in a little baby moon during the Easter weekend. We usually stay at the Pandanus Lodge but their Receptionist Mel had offered to upgrade us to one of the 5 Holiday units at no extra charge. Let me tell you, the holiday units has the best shower pressure ever! Being heavily pregnant, I had showered about 3 times a day and it helped so much with my Braxton hicks. The room was well equipped with a full size fridge, your kitchen needs, frying pan, toaster, kettle, cutlery etc. We enjoyed staying here so much we ended up booking another night which they were happy to charge us at the same rate. Receptionist Mel had definitely made this stay a lot more enjoyable for my partner and I, just with her kind gestures and ensuring that we were nice and comfortable during our stay and I can’t thank her enough. Hubby and I will definitely look at staying at the holiday units on our next trip.
Disliked: It could be further away for individuals with no vehicle but it definitely suits hubby and I and everyone else with a boat, caravan and trailer.

Disliked: Almost dead zone for Telstra signal. This is something Telstra should fix

Disliked: Random drunk Aboriginal knocked on our door.Window blinds does not fully cover. Construction work started 7am.

Superb

Liked: Beautiful gardens. Great location, being a bit out of town but still walking distance to eating. Pool was lovely.
Disliked: We stayed in the hotel section and it would have been good if there was a security gate to the parking area.

Liked: Great location to a multitude of places, max travel time of 15 minutes to places like casuarina shopping plaza. Staff are lovely and welcoming, and the rooms were cozy for the few days stay. Super clean, air conditioning never failed.
Disliked: Had a plumbing problem with a toilet which didn’t flush, but upon notifying the front desk they got straight into trying to solve the problem. Couldn’t be fixed the same day so gave us an identical new room at no cost :) Top tier hospitality, and thanks again to the gentleman who checked out the toilet (apologies again for interrupting your shopping trip sir).
